A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS,
THEREOF: ( SANITARY AND STORM SEWER NORTH
OF RICE CREEK )
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in.the interest of the City
and the property owners affected that there
be constructed certain improvements, to wit:
a. Sanitary Sewer interceptors serving the
following area:
The area bounded on the north by Osborne
Road, on the west by the Great Northern
Railroad right of way, on the south by
Rice Creek, and on the east by the East
City Limits.
b. Storm Sewer interceptors serving the
following area:
Same as set forth under Item a above.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
is hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans
and specifications and to tabulate the results of his or
their estimates of the costs of said improvements, and to make
a preliminary report of their findings to the Council at their
earliest convenience.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 23RD DAY OF JULY, 1959.
