RESOLUTION # 61 - 1959
A RESOLUTION AUTHORILIlWj AND DIRECTING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as follows:
SECTION 1. That there is need for a street right of way for
public access to the East River Road from 64th Avenue
Northeast as the same lies east thereof.
SECTION 2. That the City is authorized and directed to acquire
the necessary lands thereto, and the city manager,
engineer, and attorney are authorized and directed
to perform all acts as may be necessary to establish
a proper right of way for access to the East River
Road either by purchase, gift, or condemnation.
