RESOLUTION NO. 67 - 1959
A RESOLUTION DETERMINE VALUE
AND APPROVING SALE OF FORDSON TRACTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED; By the Council of the
City of Fridley, as follows:
Section 1. Be it found that the
Fordson Tractor now
property of the City and formerly
used by the Department of Public
Works is of no further use or benefit
to the City of Fridley, be sold for its
fair and resonable value of not less
than $425.00, and that it is in the
best interest of the City and public
generally that said tractor be sold
for said price. That the Manager is
authorized and directed to sell either
by public or private sale and to accept
any amount not less than $425.00 for the
same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF
AU4UST, 1959.
