RESOLUTION NO. 68 - 1959
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
FOR S & W NO. 13 IN THE SUM OF
$108,228.60 -
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the
assessable cost of construction with
respect to the following named improve-
ment including all incidental expenses
thereto is in the sum of $108,228.60.
2. The City Manager with the assistance
of the Treasurer shall forthwith
calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land
benefited by said improvement according to
law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1959.
