A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS
THEREOF: ( S & W TO SERVE NEW SCHOOL SITE
AND 66TH AVENUE )
BE IT RESOLVED,, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1..
_That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, to wit:
a. Sanitary sewer line and service
connections to serve the following
area:
1. The property abutting upon
66th Avenue from Central Avenue
east to the eastern terminus of 66th
Avenue and including property awned
by School District No. 14.
b. Water lines, hydrants and service
connections serving the following
area:
1. The same as paragraph a., sub-
' division (1) above and all of
the property abutting upon Central
Avenue from Mississippi Street to
66th Avenue.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
are hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary
plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of
his or their estimates of the costs of said improvements,
and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings
to the Council not later than at their earliest convenience.
