RES 1959-77 - 00013092RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 1959 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND ELECTION CLERKS AND JUDGES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, at a regular meeting there- of on September 10, 1959 .Section 1. That on the 22nd day of September, 1959, there shall be a special election for the purpose of voting on the following proposition: IN FAVOR OF: They issuance and sale by the County of Anoka, Minnesota, of its negotiable coupon bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $850,000.00 for the purpose of defraying the cost of erecting, equipping and furnishing a County Court House Building. Section 2. That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: a. Ward # 1 - Hayes School b. Ward # 2 - High School c. Ward # 3 - City Hall Section 3. That the polling places will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Section 4. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as clerks and judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes in cases of conflict of interest as set forth in Chapter 4, Section 4.05 of the City Charter.
