A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE
COSTS THEREOF: ( FOR WATER MAIN ON OSBORNE
ROAD FROM EAST RIVER ROAD EAST TO EAST SIDE
OF NORTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY )
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
_ of Fridley, as follows:
_1. That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected
that there be constructed certain im-
provements, to wit:
a. Water main and service connections
on the following street:
1. Osborne Road from the East River
Road East to the East side of the
Northern Pacific right -of -way.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
are hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary
plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of
his or their estimates of the costs of said improvements
and to make a preliminary report of his or their findings
' to the Council at their earliest convenience.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 10 TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1959.
