RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE COUNTY
BOARD REFRAIN FROM TAX FORFEIT SALE OF
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, BROOKVIEW, SECOND
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley is and has
been negotiating for the purchase of Lot 3, Block 1,
Brookview, 2nd Addition „to be used for public purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the
Council of the City of Fridley request the County Board
of Anoka to refrain fran making a tax forfeit sale of
the above described lot for the reason that the City
of Fridley•is interested in acquiring said parcels
for public purposes.

SEPTEMBER, 1959.
