RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 1959
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: (INSTALLATION
OF SEWER & WATER UTILITIES IN JACKSON
STREET FROM BENNETT DRIVE TO MISSISSIPPI
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council Df the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the
City and the property owners affected that
there be constructed certain improvements,
to wit:
a. Sanitary sewer lines and service
connections in the following street:
_ 1. Jackson Street from Bennett Drive
to Mississippi Street.
b. Water main and service connections
in the following street:
1. Jackson Street from Bennett Drive
_ to Mississippi Street.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers,
is hereby authorized and directed to draw preliminary
plans and specifications and to tabulate the results
of his or their estimates of the costs of said improve-
ments, and to make a preliminary report of his or their
findings to the Council at their earliest convenience.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER *.1959. -
