A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS
THEREOF: (FOR WATER AND SEWER IN PART OF
INNSBRUCK ADDITION)
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City
and the property owners affected that there
be constructed certain improvements, to wit:
a. Sanitary Sewer lines,appurtenances and
service connections in the following
proposed streets:
1. Matterhorn Drive from T.H.# 100 south
to the South City Limits of Fridley.
2. Matterhorn Circle from Matterhorn Drive
to the eastern terminous of Matterhorn
Circle.
3. Glacier Lane from Matterhorn Drive to
Rainer Pass
4. Ranier Pass from Glacier Lane to the
south City Limits of Fridley.
b. Water mains, appurtenances.and service
.connections in the following proposed streets:
1. Same as described under.. Subsection a.,
Items 1, 20 3 and 4 above.
That Comstock & Davis, Consulting Engineers, hereby
authorized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specificatirns
and to tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of
said improvements, and to make a preliminary report of their
findings to the Council at their earliest convenience.
