RES 1959-94 - 00013131RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 1959 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES AND ELECTION CLERKS AND JUDGES. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of Fridley, Minnesota, at a Regular Meeting thereof--on October 8, 1959. Section 1. That on the 3rd day of November, 1959 there shall be a regular election for the purpose of electing one Councilman at large and a Mayor. Section 2. That the polling places for said election shall be as follows: a. Ward # 1 - Hayes School b. Ward # 2 - Fridley High School C. Ward # 3 - Fridley City Hall Section 3. That the polling places will be open from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. Section 4. That the following people are hereby appointed to act as clerks and judges for said election except that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to appoint qualified substitutes in cases of conflict of interest as set forth in Chapter 4, section 4.05 of the City Charter.
