RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
Section 1. The City Council shall meet at
the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 29th
day of October, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to
pass upon the proposed assessment for the
following named Improvemert s:
Sewer & Water Main Project # 15
Sewer & Water Main Project # 16
Reassessment of Storm Sewer Project # 4
1959 Sewer & Water Main Laterals and Service
connections.
Section 2. The City Manager shall publish
notice of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
