It ivas decided that cl-�ange :Vo. 9 pertainirg to Ch�pter Nine of
the City Charter, �rvnuld be presented at a subsequent election,
and the bal�nce of the eight char.ges wauld be presented to the
veters at the April l2th eleetion,
