RES 1960-01 - 00012627Rno'LJTION No. 1 - 196o WHEREAS, the resolution of the City Council adopted the 21st day of December, 1959, set the date for hearing ' on the proposed improvements, as snecifical]v noted in the notice of hearing attached hereto ?or reference as Exhibit "A ", and WHEREAS) All the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice) were given ten (10) days n ublished notice of the ccuncil hearing through two (2) weekly pub- lications of the rec_uired notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice. N0411, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of ?ridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows; 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council resolution are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to wit: a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "B") in said notice. That the work involved in said improvements ' as listed above shall be consolidated as one or more improvement as shall hereafter be de- termined by the Council. 2. That the plans and specifications for such improvements and each of them herein noted shall be completed and made available to the Council for examination Pnd aanroval as soon as reasonably possible. 3. That complete plans and specifications shall be prepared by the Director of Public Works. 4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to take all action necessary to obtaining said plans and specifications for the benefit of the City at the earliest possible time. Greig CITY aERK - Marvin C. 7)runsell RESOLUTION NO. 1 - EXHIBIT "A" AND "E" CITY OF FRIDLEY NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve- ments hereinafter described be made. NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON THE 11th day of January, 1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time and place hear all parties interested in said improvements in w!iole or in part. The general nature of the improvements is the construction in the lands and streets noted below of the following: A.
