WHEREAS, certain expenditures have been authorized for
the recreation fund beyond the amount allocated to the re-
creation fund for the vear 1959, and
WHEREAS, this does not leave in the fund sufficient
money at the start of 1960 to carry out the program for
thy year 1960, and
WHEREAS, the actual Revenue collected by the City of
Fridley exceeds the estimated revenue
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Fridley, meeting at a Regular Session on the
19th day of January, 1960, as follows.
That there be transferred from the Unappropriated
Surplus account of the General Fund to the Recreation
Fund $606.20.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1960.
