BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridleys
Section 1. That it appears in the interests of-the
City of Fridley and the property owners
affected that there be constructed certain improve-
ments, to -wit:
(a) WATER MAINS AND SERVICE LINES through-
out the City of Fridley as a whole to
supplement existing mains and lines
and to provide to the City a com-)le�e
system of distribution of municipal
