STREETS - INNSBRUCK 1 AND 2
WHEREAS, Resolution #95 -1960 of the City Council adopted
the 16th day of August, 1960, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the 1,,otice of
Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A" (Exhibit
"A" - See Publication Notices under dates of August 25th and
September 1st, 1960), and
WHEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the
Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the re-
quired notice, and the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NCW, 'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution 495 -1960 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ")
in said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other
areas as one improvement. ,
2. The work to be performed under this project may be
' performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS 6TH
DAY OF SEPTEIZER, 1960.

A RESOLUTION ORDERING RREI.IMINTARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ESTIMIATES OF THE COSTS TTTEREOF: (WASHINGTON AND
iFFFERsoN STREETS - 58TH TO 59TH)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the
property owners affected that there be constructed cer-
tain improvements, to -wit:
a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurte-
nances in the following lands and along the follow-
ing streets:

CITY OF FRIDLEY
NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVOMTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 6th day of
September, 1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at
the City Hall in said City and will at said time, and place hear all
parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements to -wit:
ITEMS
A. Street Improvements, including concrete surfacing, grading, storm
sewer and related work, serving all of the area described as follows:
All of the streets, alleys, drives, lanes, boulevards and roads in
Innsbruck F first and Innsbruck Second Addition.
ESTIMATED COST ........ ..............................$ 111,669.00
THAT THE AREA TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENTS ( AND EACH OF THEM)
IS AS FOLLOWS:
FOR CONSTRUCTION ITEM A, ABOVE:
All of the lands abutting upon said streets named above and all
the lands located in Innsbruck First addition and Innsbruck
Second Addition and all lands adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said lands to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improve-
ments as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided
by the Council all under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota
Laws 1953, Chapter 398, and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity
with the City Charter.
