RESOLUTION NO. 108A -1960
RESOLUTION AWARING CONTRACT ON:
STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 -1960
(SCHEDULE B) (ALSO DESIGNATED AS STORM AND SANITARY
SEWER NO. 24)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for
construction of the improvement work designated as:
STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 -1960
(SCHEDULE B) (ALSO DESIGNATED AS STORM AND SANITARY SEWER
NO. 24)
is SANDSTROM AND RAFNER, whose bid is in the amount of $378,000.00.
That said bid is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and City Manager in
office on date of execution of the contract are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and in behalf
of the City of Fridley.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1960.
