A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR S11!ER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #21 -1959
BE IT RESOLVEDs by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County., Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Nall in the My
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 25th of
October, 1960, at 7e30 o'clock P.MI. to
_pass upon the
proposed assessment for the following named improvements:
WHEREAS, Resolution #112 -1960 of the City Council adopted the
21th day of September, 1960, set the date for hearing on the pro -
posed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing
attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A" and

WHEREAS, All of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice,
and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon that
- the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution #112 -1960 are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ")
in said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas
as one improvement.
2. The work to be performed under this project may be per -
formed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable on receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, are hereby
designated as the Engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare final plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 4TH DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1960.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 4th day of
' October, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at
the City Hall in said City, ana will at said time, and place hear
all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

CONSTRUCTION ITEM
A. Storm Sewer System for the Parkview Oaks Addition located in and
serving all of the area described as follows:
1. The area that is within the corporate limits, North of T.H.
No. 100, East of T.H. No. 65, South of Central Avenue, and
Gardena Avenue, and West of East Corporate Limits.
ESTIMATED COST ........... ..............................$ 87014.00
THAT THE AREA TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENTS ( AND EACH OF
THEM) IS AS FOLLOWS:
FOR CONSTRUCTION ITEM A, ABOVE:
All of the lands abutting upon said streets named above and all
the lands located North of T.H. No. 100, East of T.H. No. 65,
South of Central Avenue and Gardena Avenue and West of East
Corporate Limits, and all lands adjacent and abutting thereto.
All of said lands to be assessed proportionately according to
the benefits received by such assessments.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements
as separate improvements as separate improvements, except as hereafter
otherwise provided b the Council all under the following authority,
to -wit: Minnesota Laws 1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof,
and in conformity with the City Charter.
