A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROV2,IENTS AND FINAL PLANS
AND GPECIFICATIONS - GLEN CR-77K ROAD
WHEREAS, Resolution #29 -1960 of the City Council adopted
the 5th day of April, 1960, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of
Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, All the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted
in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of
the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the
required notice, and the hearing was held and the 'property own-
ers heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution x`29 -1960 are hereby ordered to be effect-
ed and completed as soon as reasonably possible,
to -wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice
of hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhi-
bit "A ") in said notice.
That the work above may be consolidated with other
areas as one imnrovement.
2. The work to be performed under this nroject may be
' performed under one or more contracts, as may be
deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers, are here-
by designated as the Engineer for this improvement.
They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.

PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RIATTER OF T'TE CONSTFliCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS: (LYNDALE BUILDERS - 6TH)
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property own-
ers affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock
and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, is hereby
received and accepted.
2. That this Council. will meet on the 3rd day of May
1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public
Hearing on the improvements noted in the Notice at-
tached hereto and made a part thereof by reference,
Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said im-
provements and each of them as noted in said notice
are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice:
all of the same to be assessed proportionately ac-
cording to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such public Hearin /by publishing a
notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub -
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS: (CHANNEL ROAD)
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed
to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property own-
ers affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
V014 THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 3rd day of May,
1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall I
in said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties interested
in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

All of the lands abutting upon said streets named above or located in
Lyndale 6th Addition, Auditors Subdivision No.25 -- Lots 3, 41 5, 6, 79
8, and 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 94, Lots 3 and 4.
All of said lands to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improvements
as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise provided by the
Council all under the following authority, to- wit: Minnesota Laws 1953,
Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the
City Charter.
