A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS - LYNDALE BUILDERS 6TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution #36 -1960 of the City Council adopted
the 19th day of April, 1960, set the date for hearing on the
proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of
Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, All the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted
in said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the
Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the re-
quired notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED, By the Council of the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution 436 -1960 are hereby ordered to be effect-
ed and completed as soon as reasonably possible,
to -wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A")
in said notice.
2. The work to be performed under this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improve-
ments hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 3rd day of May,
1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall
in said City, and will at said time, and place hear all parties inter-
ested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvements is the construction (in the
lands and streets noted below) of the following improvements, to -wit:

A Sanitary Sewer Lateral and Service Connections located in all of the
Streets and serving all of the area described as follows:
1. Lyndale Builders 6th Addition - Lynde Street - T.H. #65
East approximately 1,865 feet.

B. Water Mains and Service Connections in the following lands and

THAT THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVEMENTS (AM

FOR CONSTRUCTION ITEM A, AND CONSTRUCTION ITEM B. ABOVE:
All of the lands abutting upon said streets named above or loc-
ated in Lyndale 6th Addition, Auditor's Subdivision No. 25,
Lots 3, 49 5, 6, 71 8, 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 94, Lots
3 and 4.
All of said lands to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received by such improvements.
That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said improve-
ments as separate improvements, except as hereafter otherwise pro-
vided by the Council all under the following authority, to -wit:
Minnesota Lakes 1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and
in conformity with the City Charter.
