A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of
construction with respect to the following named
improvement, to -wit:
WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 23, thereto, is in
the sum of $9,170.59
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Treasurer
shall forthwith calculate the prover amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessible lot, piece or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement, according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS
21ST DAY OF JUNE, 1960.

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA
COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of con-
struction with respect to the following named improve-
ment, to -wit:
a. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections -
1960, Regular Special Assessment Fund, including all
incidental expenses thereto is in the sum of 923,483.97.
b. Sewer and Water Main Laterals and Service Connections-
1960, SW -13, including all incidental expenses thereto
is in the sum of $880.00.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of Treasurer shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessible
lot, niece or parcel of land benefited by said improve-
ment, according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COTTNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS
21ST DAY OF JUNE, 1960.
