RESOLUTION AWARING CONTRACT ON:
STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 -1960
' (ALSO DESIGNATED AS STORM AND SANITARY SEWER NO. 24, AND
COMPRISING PART OF SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 -1960 AND PART OF STORM SEWER IN-
TERCEPTOR SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SS -9 -1960)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA,
as follows:
1. That STORM AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 -1960
is also known as STORM AND SANITARY SEWER NO. 24, and combines
the work in SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 24 with the work in STORM SEWER INTERCEPTOR SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT SS -9 -1960.
2. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for the
construction of the improvement work designated as STORM AND
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 24 (as to SCHEDULE A
thereof) is SANDSTROM AND HAFNER, whose bid is in the amount
of $428,438.00; and that the lowest responsible bidder for
the construction of ALTERNATE A thereof is SANDSTROM AND
HAFNER, whose bid is in the amount of $128,250.00. That
said bids are hereby accepted, and the Mayor and City Manager
in office on date of the execution of the contract are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and in behalf of the City of Fridley.
3. That the City shall re- advettise for bids as to SCHEDULE B
of said improvement.

DAY OF JULY, 1960.
