Brunsell RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 1960 A PESOLUTION ORDERING IMPRO"EMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - 1960 STREET SURFACING WHEREAS, Resolution #84-1960 of the City Council adopted the 19th day of July, 1960, set the date for hearing on the pro- posed improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hear- ing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "All (Exhibit "A" - see Publication Notices under dates of July 21st and July 28th, 1960), and WHEREAS, All of the property owners -whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in. said notice) were given ten (10) days published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the re- quired notice, and the hearing, as noted in said notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution #84-1960 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible to -wit: a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of hearing on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ") in said notice. That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as one improvement. 2. The work to be performed under this project may be per - formed under one or more contracts as may be deemed ad- visable upon receipt of bids. 3. The Public Works Department of the City of Fridley is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of such improvements. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to -wit: a. WATER LATERALS, service connections, and appurtenances in the following lands and along the following streets: 1. GREIG MAYOR ' CITY OF FRIDLEY NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements hereinafter described be made. NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON THE 2nd day of August, ' 1960, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said tine, and place, hear all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
