Mr, Nagel stated th��t peorle had cone to his farm and stated that their dogs had been picked up� and within 12 hours had gone to the dog pound and the dogs were already gone. NIr. STREET SFECIrICATIONS: Zhe City Nanager explained the background onthis matter� which was that street specifieatians *n�ere changed during the year of 1;58� and sone plats were in the process, and some of the builders i'elt that they should be entitled to a ccmpromise on these specificaticns for street surfacing. Mr. Nagel stated that a motion was passed in April or P�Iay of 1958 that where more than 50°� of lots were sold� or had homes on them at the time t;hese specifications went into effect� the developer could use the old specifications� but when less than 50� of the lots contained hores which had been sold at the time this change in speci- fications was nut intoeffect� the developer would have to follow the new snecifications.
