Mr. Brooks stated that he would like to have the sewer assessment on one oi his tracts
of land split between that parcel and anothex parcel. The second parcel did not border
on the hLghway� and, therefore, did not have anp lateral assessment, but he would like
to have the lateral assessment spread over the entire area. Mr. Kohlan suggested that
Mr. Brooks put his request in writing To the City, and then the City can go From there
and draw up the proper resolutions, etc.

APPLICATION BY TFIE NORTHGTESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR A BUILDING PERMIT TO BUILD A
�STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE GARAGE AT 6450 - STH STREET NORTHEAST
Motion by Wolke that the pexmlt be granted for the Telephone Company building on Sth
Street, sub,7ect to the regulations of the Building Board concerning outside appearance
and the five foot side yard requirement to be waived, and the parking spaces in front
of the building to be eliminated, and it is not necessary to put in a concrete floor,
but to put in footings as per the Building Code. Seconded 6y Nee. Upon a voice vote,
there heing no nays, Che motion carried unanimously.
AD.TOVRNMENT:
Motion by Nee to ad�ourn the meeting. Seconded by Wo1ke
being no nays, the motion carried unanimously.
