RES 1962-109 - 00012477Iii` RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1962 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF CROSSOVERS NORTH OF MINNESOTA TRANSFER RAILROAD - S. P. 0207 (T.H. #65). WHEREAS, the State Highway Department has agreed to install the ' crossover between the lanes at a pproximately Station 232+00 and at approximately Station 238+75 (73rd Avenue), and WHEREAS, the State Highway Department has notified the City that the crossovers between lanes at approximately Station 225+65, and at approximately Station 241+00 will be removed, and WHEREAS, the State Highway Department has advised the City Council that the installation of the crossovers will be accomplished at the earliest moment, and that t'e removal of the crossovers will not be accomplished until after June 30, 1963. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley- 1. That the Council hereby approves and agrees to the installation of the crossovers at approximately Station 232+00 and at approxi- mately Station 238 +75 (73rd Avenue). 2. That the Council approves and agrees to the removal of the cross- overs at approximately Station 225+65, and approximately Station 241+009 but not until after June 30, 1963. 3, That the Council will proceed with all dispatch, to obtain the necessary frontage and internal circulation streets, and have same installed on or before June 30, 1963, so that property owners abutting T.H. #65 will have access to the crossovers to be installed, and will not need after that date, the crossovers that are to be removed. Brunsell ' RESOLUTION N0, 109 -1962 A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT ON STORM SEWER. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #53 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 112 1. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for construction of the improvement work designated as: Storm Sewer Improvement Project #53 is Sandstrom and Hafner, Inc., 2054 St. Anthony Boulevard, Minneapolis, 18, Minnesota; whose bid is in the amount of $57,250.00 with completion time as specified. That said bid is hereby accepted, and the City Manager and Mayor in office on date of execution of the contract are hereby author- ized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and in behalf of the City of Fridley. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for construction of the improvement work designated as: Water Improvement Project No. 34 -K is Sandstrom and Hafner, Inc., 2054 St. Anthony Boulevard, Minneapolis 18, Minnesota; whose bid is in the amount of $122,250.00 with completion time as specified.
