AT THE CITY HALL., CITY OF FRIDLEY� MINNESOTA. L 119 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 4th day of September, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Greig and Councilmen Johanson, Wolke, Nee, and Sheridan and the following were absent: None � #• nor *rs The Clerk announced that the proposed assessment for Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 40 had been filed in his office on the 9th day of August, 1962, and that notice of a hearing on said assessment to be held at the regular meeting of the Council on the 4th day of September, 1962, had been given in the form and manner as provided by law. The Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication of such notice in the official newspaper, which aVidavit was examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for consideration of objections to the assessment heretofore filed with the City Clerk for ' STORM SWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 40 The Clerk reported that written objections had been filed by the following persons affecting the following described lots, pieces or parcels of land, to-wit: NAME OF OBJECTOR OBJECTION The following persons were then heard and presented their objections to said assessment: NAME OF OBJECTOR DESCRIPTION OBJECTION After due consideration of all said objections, Councilman Johanson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
