A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMPROVE-
MENT FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 49
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY,
MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of
construction with respect to the following named
improvement to -wits
A. Storm Sewer Project No. 49, including all
_._ incidental expenses thereto is estimated
at $35,780.38.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City
Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts
to be specially assessed for said improvement
against every assessible lot, piece or parcel of
land benefited by said improvement according to law.

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 49
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September
4, 19629 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess-
ment of the cost of Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 49,
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in
his office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: '
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in
the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on
the 25th day of September, 1962, at 8:00 P.M. to
pass upon the proposed assessment for
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 49
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

RESOLUTION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR EQUIPMENT STORAGE STEEL BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridloy, as follows:
1. That it is in the interest of the City to purchase the follow-
ing items or materials for the Publics Works Department:
ONE EQUIPMENT STORAGE STEEL BUILDING
2. A copy of the plans and specifications for the above described
items and materials, together with a proposal for the method
of purchase and the payment thereof have been presented to the
Council by the City Manager and the same are hereby approved
and adopted as the plans and specifications, and the method
of acquisition and payment to be required by the City with respect
to the acquisition of said items and materials.
3. The purchase of said items and materials as described above
shall be effected by sealed bids to be received and opened by
the City Council on the 17th day of Se- tember, 1962. The City
Manager is directed and authorized to advertise for the purchase
of said items and materials by sealed bid proposals under notice
as provided by law and the Charter of the City of Fridley, the
notice to be substantially in form as that shown by Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part of by reference. Said notice
shall be published at least 15 days or through two (2) publica-
tions in the official newspaper of the City of Fridley.
