RESOLUTION NO. 11-1962
A RESOLUTICN ORDERING PRELIT ITALY PLI S, STI CL. ICATIC TS, AND
ESTTVATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: WATER AND SEWER PROJECT N0, 55)
DE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it arrears in the interest of the City and of the III property owners affected that there shall be constructed
certain irprcvements to -wit:
a. Sanitary Sewer Mains and Laterals and service
connections in all the lands and streets located
as follows:
(1) On 22 Street N.E., from 571 Avenue N. F.
to Qth Avenue N. E.
b. That petitions relative to said irprovements have
been received and filed with the City as follows:
(1) Petition dated September 20, 1961 includ-
ing area bounded on the north by 58th Ave-
nue N.L., on the east by 'Block 2j1 Hyde
Park Addition, on the west by Plock 26,
Hyde Park A'dition and -n the south by 572
Avenue N.E., relating to Item a (1) above.

2. That Comstock and Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engin-
eers, are hereby authorized and directed to draw pre -
lirinary plans and srecifications and to tabulate the
res7lts of their estirates of tie costs of said improve- '
Meats, iscluding every item of cost from inception to
comrletion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be
incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing there-
of, and to make a preliminary report of their findings,
stating therein whether said improvements are feasible
and whether they can test to rude as proposed, or in
connection with sore other irprovements (and the estimated
cost as recommended), including also a description of the
lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may
be proposed to be assessed..
3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and
address of the owner of each parcel of land directly
affected or within the area of lands as may be proposed
to be assessed for said improvements (and each of them);
and, upon receipt from said Engineer of the said prelim-
inary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may
be proposed relative thereto against each of said lanes.
That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates
of assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the
Council, and ride available for inspection to the owner
of any parcel of land as may be a fected thereby at any
public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at any 11 prior tine reasonable and convenient.
