A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
TO APPLY FOR A FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS AND AUTH-
ORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE NSSSD TO
EXECUTE SUCH APPLICATION AND RELATED DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, as follows:
This Council hereby authorizes and directs the North
Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, on behalf of this
' municipality, to apply for a federal grant for construction
of sewage treatment works pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.,
and the Chairman of the Board of said District is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said application and re-
lated documents.

A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESS-
MENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1960 -1 AND 1960 -2.
' WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September
19, 1961, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment of the cost of Street Improvement Project No. 1960 -1
and 1960 -2.
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 1st

day of October, 1962, at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon
the proposed assessment for the following named
improvement:

RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR SEWER
& WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 48
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessible cost of
construction with respect to the following named
improvement to -wit:
SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 48
including all incidental expenses thereto is esti-
mated at $1,100,000.00.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk
shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against
every assessible lot, piece or parcel of land bene-
fited by said improvement according to law.
