A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ( STORM SEWER -
75TH AVENUE NORTHEAST )
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements,
to -wit:
a.) Storm Sewer mains and appurtenances in and along 75th Way
Northeast, from East River load to Alden ?ay and Alden Way,
from 200 feet North of 75th Way Northeast to 75th Way North-
east.
2. That Comstock and Davis, Consulting Engineers are hereby author-
ized and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications,
and to tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of
said improvements and to make a preliminary report of their
findings to the City Council when the same are prepared, not
later than the earliest date convenient.
That the preliminary report provided previously to the Council
and received by the Council under Resolution No. 112 -1962 dated
September 4, 19623 is further herein approved and to be consid-
ered and received as the report submitted in accordance with this
resolution subject to such changes and modifications therein as
may be found appropriate thereto hereafter.
