RESOLUTION NO. 157 -1962
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH'IHE
1962 TAXES
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 15
and 16, Block 3, Rice Creek Terrace, Plat 7, of the City of Fridley, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Friel ey, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a cost
of $100.00 per lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for Coll-
ection with the 1962 taxes, the charges as listed below.
Lot 15, Block 3, Rice Creek Terrace, Plat 7 $100.00
Lot 16, Block 3, Rice Creek Terrace, Plat 7 ?"100.00
