RESOLUTION NO. 28 -1962
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF DETERMINING USE
OF OUTLOTS ADJOINING 73rd AVENUE N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley by Resolution
No. 120 -1962, dated October 4, 1960, did provide for determining final
use of certain outlots (acquired on behalf of the City) after public hear-
ing, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that in the best in- ,
terests of the City of Fridley, this public hearing should now be held
and final determination made of use of these certain outlots;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City "ouncil of theCity of Fridley,
as follows:
1. That the City Uouncil of the City of Fridley desires
to make a final. determination on the use of Outlot No. 6,
Melody Manor, and Cutlot No. 4, Melody Manor 2nd addi-
tion.
2. That the City Council will meet of the 7th day of May
1962 at 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the City Hall in the
of Fridley for the purpose of hclding a Public Hearing
on the use of said Outlots as noted in the Notice
attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference,
Exhibit "A ".
3. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
give notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a
notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City
of Fridley according to law, such notice to be sub -
stantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".
ADOPTED BY THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, THIS
23RD DAY OF APRIL, 1962.

EXHIBIT "A"
NOTICE OF HEARING ON USE OF OUTLOTS IN MELODY MANOR ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of theCity of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and in the best interests of the City
of Fridley to determine the use of certain outlots previously deeded to
the City, known as Outlot No. 6 in Melody Manor and Cutlot No. 4 in Melo-
dy Manor 2nd Addition, both adjacent to 73rd Avenue N.E. in the City of I
Fridley.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 7th day of
May 1962, at 8:00 O'clock P.M. the City council will meet at the City
Hall in said City and will at said time and place, hear all parties in-
terested in the use of said outlots.
The general nature of the need to
determine the use of said
Outlots is
in accordance with Resolution No.
120 -1960, adopted by the
City Council on the 4th day of October 1960.
That the City Council proposes to
make a final determination
