RESOLUTION NO. 29, 1962
A RESOLUTION LVARDING CONTRACT ON WATER PROJECT
NO. 34 -J SCHEDULE 2 - ALTERNATE 2 - EQUIPMENT
FOR IRON REMOVAL PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA
as follows:
' 1. The Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder for providing
equipment for Iron Removal Plant designated as:
Project No. 34 -J - Schedule 2, with Alternate 2, equipment for
Iron Removal Plant (Water) is the D.ii. Eickey & Company, Inc.,
1641 University Avenue, St. Paul 1, Minnesota; whose
bid is in the amount of ,139,110.00. That said bid is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager and Mayor in
office on date of execution of the contract are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and in behalf of the City of Fridley.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH
DAY OF MAY, 1962.
