RES 1962-32 - 0001234838 RESOLUTION NO. 32 -1962 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF PROVIDING CERTAIN BOUNDARY SURVEYS: (AUDITORIS SUBDIVISION NO. 92 - PROJECT #57) WHEREAS', the providing of certain boundary surveys is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected there- by. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley$- as follows: 1. That the preliminary report submitted by the City Engineer and Suburban Engineering Company, is hereby received and accepted. 2. That this Council will meet on the 21st day of May, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the boundary surveys noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference, Exhibit "A ". 3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said boundary surveys and each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice: All of the same to be assessed proportion- ately according to the benefits received. J4. That the City Manager is aithorized and directed to give notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a notice thereof in the official , newspaper of the City of Fridley according to law, such notice to be substantially in the form and substance of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". Greig it I RESOLUTION NO. 32 EXHIBIT "A" #57 CITY OF FRIDLEY NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the boundary surveys hereinafter described be made. NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 21st day of May, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.Y., the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time and place, hear all parties interested in said boundary serveys in whole or in part. The general nature of the boundary surveys is in the general area noted below, to -wit: SURVEY ITEM: A. Boundary Survey of Auditor's Subdivision No. 92. TOTAL ESTIMATED COST .. ..............................$ 11500.00 THAT THE AREA TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID BOUNDARY SURVEYS ( AND EACH OF THEM) IS AS FOLLOWS: FOR SURVEY ITEM A. ABOVE: All of the lands contained within said Auditor's Subdivision named above, and all lands adjacent and abutting thereto. All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits received by said surveys. That the Council proposes to proceed with each of said surveys under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota Laws 1953, Chapter 398 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the City Charter.
