RESOLUTION NO. 70 -1962
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS (WATER AND Sq ER — NORTH OF RICE
CREEK — WEST OF UNIVERSITY)
BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the City of Fridley as
follows: ,
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements
to —wit:
a.) Water Mains and Sewer Mains and Service Connections Lines
for service to the industrial zoned lands and properties along
Un9_versity Avenue and north of Rice Creek, particularly lands
west of Un`_versity and north of 73rd Avenue.
2. That Comstock and Davis, consulting engineers are hereby authorized
and directed to draw preliminary plans and specifications, and to
tabulate the results of their estimates of the costs of said improve-
ments and to make a preliminary report of findin7s to the City
Council when the same are prepared, not later than the earliest
date convenient.
