RESOLUTION NO. 93 -1962
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TH E RECERTIFICATION
OF CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with res-
pect to certain land and the assessment certified was made in error,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS follows:
That the assessment levied against the following described par-
cels, to -wit: Lots 20 and 21, Block 1, Marian Hills Addition, may and
shall be recertified as follows:
