RESOLUTION NO. 94-1962
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 193 19613 the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of
Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 40,
AND WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1, The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota on the 4th day of September,
1962s at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 40
29 The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of
meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2)
weeks prior to such meeting.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 13TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1962.
