Councilman Wolke ad- vlsed Mr. Paulson thst the Council would pursue any facts that he could give them if he could back them up. ROLL CALL: Members Present: Brook, Johanson� Sheridan, Wo1ke, Nee Members Absent: None PROPOSED BUILDING FOR THE LOCKE PARK PROPERTY - RESOLUTION N0. 123-1963: There was a discussion with reference to the proposed donation of a build- ing to be located on the Locke Park property by the Douglas Chapel Affili- ation and of the appurtenances such as a well, which would be added later � or at least, would be a separate expenditure. There was discussion as to whether the Donglas Chapel Affaliation should put up the building� or whether the City should put up the building and take bids on it. Pdr. Wyman Smrth� City Attorney� stated that it was a matter of authorizing the Douglas Chapel Affiliation to construct the building in con�unction with the Park Board. The Council agreed that the Douglas Chapel Afiiliation should construct the building rather than the City letting bids for this structure. Motron by Johanson to adopt Resolution No. 123-1963 - Re: Acceptance of Building from Douglas Chapel Affilia�ion for Locke Park, seconded by Wolke. Upon a voice vo�e} tbere being no nays, Mayor Nee de- elared the motion carried. � 116 DISCUSSION OF TAE INTERIM REPORT ON SEWAGE COI,LECTION AND DISPOSAL: Mr. Wolke stated the report should be reviewed by the Water Pollution Con- trol Commission. Mr. Wo1ke stated that an article appearing in the Minneapolis Star on August 22� 1963 should be made a part of the report as it concerned the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District and Brooklyn Park which had pulled out of the Aistriet, There was discussion on this matter. The Mayor and the Council were of the opinion that this insert should be put in all of the reports given out. There was no further action taken.
