RESOLUTION NO. 6 -1964
RESOLUTION POSTPONING THE SALE OF $2,025,000 ADVANCE REFUNDING
BONDS OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota
as follows:
The date and time of sale of $2,025,000 advance refunding bonds
scheduled for 8:00 o'clock P.M. Monday, January 20, 1964, is hereby
postponed to Monday, February 17, 1964, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., and
this Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City at said time
to receive bids for and award the sale of said bonds, The Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said postponed
sale to be published in the official newspaper and in Commercial West
in substantially the following form:

$2,025,000 Advance Refunding Bonds
City of Fridley, Minnesota
NOTICE: The date and time for receipt of bids on $2,025,000 advance
refunding bonds of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, is hereby
postponed to Monday, February 17, 1964, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. All
other terms of the bonds and the sale thereof stated in the previous
notice will remain the same.
