RESOLUTION NO. 8 -1964
A RESOLUTION SETTING ASIDE 44TH AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY TO THE COUNTY OF ANOKA FOR CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights by its Ordinance No. 566
passed on August 26, 1963, has conveyed and transferred to the City of
Fridley the portion of 44th Avenue lying west of the corporate limits
of the City of Columbia Heights and within the City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has` by Resolution dated January 6,
1964, annexed said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fridley that said 44th Avenue lying within the City of Fridley be
transferred and turned over to the County of Anoka, State of Minnesota,
for maintenance and care.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY
OF JANUARY, 1964.
