RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1964
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CONSTRUCTION AND ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A BEACHHOUSE AT MOORE LAKE
WHEREAS, there is a need for a beachhouse at Moore Lake, and
WHEREAS, the Park Board has prepared a preliminary plan and
made an estimate of the costs of said construction in the amount of
$10,700.00, and
WHKRAS, there are sufficient funds within the budget of the
Park Board for such mioxpenditure, and that such an expenditure would
be for a public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City proceed with its plans for the construction.
of a beachhouse at Moore Lake, and that the City advertise for bids to
the public as required'by law.
