BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FRIDLEY, that the City
Manager and City Attorney are authorised to negotiate to complete the
purchase of the East 800 feet of Lot 9, Auditor's Subdivision No. 25
for the purchase price of Three Thousand and no /100 ($3,000.00)
Dollars.
