RESOLUTION NO. 110 -1964
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
0.18 ACRE TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR
HIGHWAY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota is acquiring right -of -way on
Trunk Highway #47, and
WHEREAS, $940.00 hag been offered and is a reasonable sum for
the 0.18 acre.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY. MINNESOTA:
1. That the Manager and Mayor be directed and authorised to
convey the said 0.18 acre to the State of Minnesota for the sum of
$940.00 for the land described as follows:
The south 400 feet of the southeast quarter
of the southwest quarter (SE4 SW'3) of section
11, township 30 north, range 24 west, being registered
land, Certificate of Title No. 24650;
which lies westerly of a line run parallel with and distant
100 feet easterly of the following described line:
From a point on the south line of said section 11,
distant 1288.24 feet east of the southwest corner,
thereof, ran southerly at an angle of 89042`25" with
said south section line (when measured from west to
south) for 132.36 feet to the point of beginning of the
line to be described; thence ran northerly along the
last described course for 100 feet; thence deflect to
the left on a 0005' curve (delta angle 1004130 ") having '
a length of 1290 feet for 345.3 fact and there
terminating;
containing 0.18 acre, more or less, in addition to the
existing highway;
together with all right of access, being the right of ingress
to and egress from all that portion of the above described
tract, not acquired herein, to Trunk Highway No. 47.
