RESOLUTION III. 123 -1964
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
1964 TAXES
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 2,
Block 2, Central View Manor Addition, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost
of x,130.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection
with the 1964 taxes, the charges as listed below:
Burning old house and cleaning up property on -
Lot 21 Block 2, Central View Addition $130.00
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND
