RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT SS #64
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOU
COUNTY, MI_+iNESOTA, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construc-
tion with respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
STOR11 SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 64
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $11,202.24.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially assessed for
said improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of
land benefited by said improvement according to law.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 2ND
DAY OF JUNE, 1964.
