A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR
TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES FOR COLLECTION
WITH THE 1964 TAXES
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lots 11
and 12, Block 11 Onaway Park Addition, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did therefore abate the nuisance at a total cost
of $80.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby i
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collec-
tion with the 1964 taxes, the charges as listed below:

'Cleaned up lots and filled old basement:
Lot 11, Block 1, Onaway Park Addition $40.00
Lot 12, Block 1, Onaway Park Addition $40.00
TOTAL: $80.00
