RESOLUTION NO. 137 -1964
RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID ON MINNESOTA STATE AID
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 27 -302 -01 and 27- 315 -01 TO
�.C. S. MOCROSSAN, INC.
' WHEREAS, on June 15, 1964 the City Council of the City of Fridley
awarded the contract for the above improvements to Hennepin Blacktop -
ping Company on their bid of 547,960.76, and
WHEREAS, after a Committee of the Council met with C. S. McCrossan,
Inc., and its acceptance of modification of the contract to insure the
timely completion of the contract, the Committee recommended that the
contract be awarded to S. McCrossan, Inc., on its low bid of $46,791.60,
and
WHEREAS, a release has been obtained by the City from Hennepin Black-
topping Company, releasing its interest in said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, as follows:

That C. S. McCrossan, Inc., be awarded the contract for Minnesota
State Aid Improvements Projects, 27 -302 -01 and 27- 315 -01 on their low
bid of -- ,gw46,791.60, and that the Mayor and Manager complete the execution
of the contract with said C. S. icCrossan, Inc., and release Iennepin
Blacktopping Company from any liability on said projects and further
release their Surety, the Trans American Insurance Co.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF JULY, 1964.
