RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
SERVICES ON M.S.A. WORK
BE IT RESOLVED, That pursuant to'statutory authority, the Fridley
Municipal Engineer for and on behalf of the Municipality of Fridley,
is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department
of Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year
of 1964; for which payment will be made by the Municipality upon receipt
of verified claims from the Commissioner of Highways.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
6TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1964.
